I ♥ acorns

My favorite kind of treasury - a nature one! We went to the American Museum of Natural History in NYC yesterday, what fun was had and we were in our element! Nature, nature everywhere, and up close. Some of the collections were just stunning, boxes of beautifully displayed shells, or beetles, or butterflies, or starfish.....pretty, pretty! Pictures to come I promise. But, for now, enjoy an acorn themed treasury courtesy of some lovelies from the wonderful handmade world of Etsy, enjoy!

Acorns are one of my favorite things to collect when I walk along wooded trails although usually we find far more caps than complete acorns. Happy birthday to your daughter.

My boy Sylvan was Mosey's ring bearer last fall and had a beautiful Mosey boutinier (SP?)! Fun connections...Do you know Mosey or just a fan from afar?

And acorns and oak leaves are big with us around here because our last name means "a cluster of oak leaves!"

Love the acorn love.

Thanks for the nice comments guys - I'm just a fan of Mosey's, Iris, and the pictures from the wedding are beautiful! Sylvan looks so dashing, and the boutonnier is adorable! What a small world it is indeed! :D
