What a wonderful flickr swap this is, and my first time joining in! The Pillow Talk swap is one of the wonderful swaps run by the amazing Heather and Kerri, and is full of the most inspiring quilters, a joy to be part of the group! This is my pillow sent to my partner, Michellesews, whose inspiration mosaic included a lot of cute houses, I hope she loves it!

I'll post pictures of the awesome pillow I received from my partner as soon as I get a pillow form for it, I can't wait for you to see it, it's beautiful! ♥

blocks sent for beehive 3! ♥

So, this was my first round in the 3x6 Sampler Quilt Mini Bee, and I had great fun picking the block, and then the fabrics! I was inspired by a version of the Grandma's flower garden block, but tweeked a bit, so the center colors didn't extend to the edge of the block. I actually only needed to send out six blocks, but couldn't choose between two for one of my partners, so she got an extra block, yay!

I also will receive six blocks in my chosen colorway, which is orange, grey and white, I can't wait to see how they all look, and will post the all together for you to see!

Eeeep! I'm part of the amazing Doll Quilt Swap in it's 9th time round. It's full to busting with some wonderfully creative people, and this shows just some of the ones I loved the most. I can't wait to start planning when I'm assigned a partner, and get started with the fun! Luckily, we have the whole summer to complete our quilts, which may be just as well since summer is always busy with the kids. Fun, fun, fun!
